Hi,
After doing research, we found that below article contains the most detailed Remote Desktop Client disconnect codes and reasons. But it seems there is no information about code 3489660929.

In that case, we suggest to contact Microsoft Customer Support and Services where more in-depth investigation can be done so that you would get a more satisfying explanation and solution to this issue.
You may find phone number for your region accordingly from the link below:

This is not a Remote Desktop Disconnection Reason. This is from the Event Viewer Terminal Service-LocalSessionManager Operational. These use different reason codes. I am looking for these reasons as well.
Did you get anywhere with this in the end?
Hi,
We have been experiencing the 3489660929 disconnect reason code. For us it was to do with random disconnects of the site-to-site VPN for one customer so we made sure that they didnt "bypass the RD Gateway server for local addresses"
For another customer it ended up being an issue with the customers new Draytek router 2765/2865 model. After disabling the WIFI completly on the draytek (both 2.4/5Ghz bands) then the disconnects stopped. The firmware on the router was fully upto date on the latest firmware. We have raised this with Draytek support. For the time being we have supplied seperate WIFI accesspoints and left the WIFI feature disabled on the Draytek 2765/2865 models.
Thanks,
Martin
