I have just acquired a new IT position for a Hotel. I have discovered that we are using Windows 10 Education edition on a few laptops. Am i breaking any Licensing regulations if i'm using Windows 10 Education Edition on a Corporate network. I am not a School, College or university or any other education entity.
It looks like the laptops were purchased already with Win 10 Education edition. As i understand it in order to get the Education edition you have to prove you are a School or College or even a student or teacher for example.

If we are breaking the license can i downgrade to Windows 10 Pro?

Many Thanks

Legal licensing questions are better directed towards your reseller's trained licensing specialist or ask microsoft directly. Any anonymous forums replies are opinions at best and in no way legally binding.
