DS2_v2 not an option for Data Science VM Win19

When selecting the size of the Data Science VM Win19, no options are listed. Before the DS2_v2 series was availables. What changed?

@CesarMartinez-8015 Did you get a chance to check if the below suggestion helped to create the required DSVM of the required size?

@CesarMartinez-8015 In which region are you checking? I selected different regions and I could see the option to select DS2_V2 by clicking "see all sizes"

You are able to see this option with Enterprise Subscription. I am not able to see it with my Student Subscription. Furthermore, I not able to create a GPU VM for my school assignment. My subscription provides no access to create a support request unless I upgrade to a Pay As You plan which is not within the budget for a student. Please advise on how I and my classmates can proceed.
