Hello, we've been using Azure maps for over a year now and just recently had complaints from users the satellite images are blurry a few months ago.
We verified having Gen 2 pricing model and have the Azure Maps Web SDK is using version 2.1 of the render map tile.
I would like to know if this is an issue with the service, if there are any workarounds for the time being, or if it will take time for some of these regions to be updated with higher resolution tilesets.

@MichaelJohnson-2963 thanks for reporting the issue. Imagery is updated periodically, and the resolution can change depending on the location. Can you share the coordinates of the locations where blurry images were noted? it will help us look into the issue.

@MichaelJohnson-2963 You can think of imagery as a blanket stitched together to cover the globe. While we can get great imagery for many places, it is hard to get imagery for some others so knowing where you are looking can help us help you get a better answer.
