Device joine to AAD and AD need to migrate only as AAD joined

Hi All
we are enrolling devices via Autopilot and the device first joins to AAD after that with custom scripts and Offline Domian join file we make them AD join .
Now we want to make device only AAD join means we want to remove devices from on prem domain and they should remain only AAD joined and Intune managed only.
I dont know if this will be possible can anyone confirm if this possible to migrate from Hybrid to AAD only.
Technically our devices first join to AAD and then to AD and in the Azure AD portal visible as AAD joined.

@naveenbhatt-8849 Thanks for reaching out. The proper supported way would be to choose Autopilot again and deploy a policy with Azure AD joined. You would need to reset the device once again as you would normally do with Autopilot scenarios.

Any other way can technically also work, but might leave you with few inconsistency which can cause trouble later.
As your devices are already provisioned via autopilot, using it again with following policy would be much greater idea.
