I just did a factory data reset and sent out my old Samsung device in which I had the Authenticator app assuming that it would have signed me out, I now have a new iPhone 13 Pro but I’m trying to use the Authenticator app to sign into my work emails and it keeps prompting me to use the Microsoft Authenticator app or verification code for mobile app in which I am not signed into either on my device so I cannot access that information and it keeps looping me through using the HTTPS://aka.ms/mfasetup link which just asks for the same information. Apparently there is absolutely no customer support phone number I can call to get help with this anybody have any news?
