The site address cant be changed

Hi All

One of my site was in hold under Advanced eDiscovery-Cases-MyCase01-Hold.
i can see custodian under the Hold Tab and i have clicked the custodian and removed the site from the custodian.
It has almost been more than 2 weeks i have removed the site from the Hold.
When i try to rename the site i am getting the below error. I am sure this site is not under any hold but still i am unable to rename the site. experts guide me

The site address can't be changed.
This sites URL cant be changed because the site or a subsite within it is included in an eDiscovery hold or retention policy.

I have raised a ticket with MS support, this is now escalated to product team.
