Management Point on Site Server

Environment
I am running SCCM CU 2002. My site server has SQL 2017, Windows Server 2019. It has 2 Intel Xeon 3.8Ghz CPUs and 64Gb of RAM. The roles in this server are Component server, MP, Rerporting services point, service connection, site database server, site server, site system, and SMS Provider. I have two additional MP servers to assist with the load. I manage a school district with approximately 52k workstations.

Problem
Now that school has started, my CPU flats at 100%. When it does, OSD, collection membership, the console, and just about everything else crawls.

Question:
Can I remove Management Point from the site server? I can always spin off more MPs in other VM servers and dedicate them to it. I just want to make sure that MP role is not required in the site server as well.

Other things I will be doing is to try to fine tune SQL, audit collections, and create AV exclusions, and look around to see what else I can do.

Thanks

The MP is not required on the site server. But I would look at bit more as to what is causing the CPU to cause so much load.
