Authenticator app doesn't show code for Office 365 email

I cannot log into my Office 365 email address. It keeps asking for a 6 digit code from the Authenticator app. When I go to the app, I can produce an 8 digit code for a Gmail address but I cannot even select the Office 365 email address. Do I need to remove the Office 365 account and add it back in for it to work again?

If you do, you will have to re-register your MFA. Do you have access to do that?

I do not unfortunately. I have contacted our HR to get in contact with IT. I hope they can help with that. Thank you for the heads-up!
