Issue with Azure AD Hybrid Join

I have configured Windows Server and Windows 10 for Azure AD Hybrid Join. But facing some issues.
My OU and user have been synced but device is not syncing.
Attached is the word file with error details.
Kindly advise.

I am just exploring on my VMs so that in near future I can migrate!
