New WSUS with 0 sync results

Hi TEAM,

I'm installed new WSUS server (OS 2019 server), in the first sync there are no coming updates from Microsoft, and the result of sync is successes.

Im already selected Eng Lang and windows 10 products and critical & security updates

It seems that there are no updates for two days. May I know the status of the case? What are the OS versions of the client devices?

As we all know, the WSUS role has been integrated into the MECM. Please review the below link to tick the right Products and Classification.

Is there any updates of the case? May I know if the WSUS server synced the needed metadata right now?

which is the last Update that you have received from April? This is the one I can see published for Windows 10 for example:

April 12, 2022—KB5012599 (OS Builds 19042.1645, 19043.1645, and 19044.1645)

This update should be automatically downloaded and installed by Windows Update, but is also available from the Microsoft Update Catalog and via WSUS.
