I recently switched from office 2019 to office 365.
Now I have problems with access 365. It is very slow compared to the 2019 version. And a strange thing happens, the same program in MS Access run on a pc with access 2019 is much faster than the same program run in Access 365.
Can anyone help me?

Not without much more information. But consider this: A2019 is essentially a "point in time" version of A365, so major performance issues are not related to this software, but to other environmental issues.

I don't think it's due to other programs running on the computer.
This is the situation:
If I execute the same program function with A365 the first time the system responds in 5 seconds, if I execute it the second time it responds in 10 seconds, if I execute it the third time it responds in 15 seconds.
If I do the same thing on another computer with A2019 the answer is always in 5 seconds.
It seems strange to me, I can't understand what the problem is.
