Hyper V - The application encountered an error while attempting to change the state of "MY VM"

Hi,

Good Day all.

For the start of this week, we have 1 virtual machine having an error upon turning on (the image will be attached)

and just days passed other virtual machines replicated the same errors.

troubleshooting applied:
- delete saved state
- restart host server
- checked hyper v settings for errors (none)
- changed network adapter to not connected (as mentioned by some tutorials) then start ----status--- no luck
