Windows update - Windows Defender Antivirus KB2267602 not installed

Dear experts,

We have our internal WSUS server and all updates come from it to update client PCs. Some users reported that this specified KB was not installed all the time and it keeps popping up, which is very annoying.

Anything we need to do from WSUS server? or user side?

Thanks for your posting on Q&A.

How many client devices encounter this issue? All the devices? The devices downloaded the updates but fail to installed it. Right?

Please try to apply the following policy on the device and check whether it is helpful:
Define the order of sources for downloading security intelligence updates
Location:
Computer configuration > Policies > Administrative templates >Windows components > Windows Defender > Signature updates

Dear @RitaHu-MSFT,

Today we received one user reporting this case, not sure if anyone else ran into the same.

I'm not really sure if it's policy setting since we have the same policy setup for all our client PCs.

Thanks for your feedback.

It is recommended to follow this link to reset Windows Update components if it is only one device encounter this issue. It is helpful in most cases.

It seems that there are no updates for several days. May I know the status of the case? Have you tried to reset the Windows Update components on the affected devices?
