Unable to take the exam as the check process in Pearson VUE did not go thorugh as the recording session was not visible to the team.

How do we schedule the exam again with the same payment as it was not our fault . Can we give another try in the test center instead of taking it from home.

Please cross verify with the Pearson team and then provide a solution for this issue.
