Sync ipPhone from AD to AAD (Delve)

Hi

I have on premise AD and Azure AD (Hybrid - configured using Azure AD Connect)
I need the IP Phone Attribute syncing from on prem to Azure AD.
I then need this to be visible on DELVE under each user.

How can i go about getting this done?

I am trying all sorts on the Azure AD Connect tool, to sync ipPhone, but i am failing to see the attribute.

On Grap it also does not show the IPPhone for me.
