Can adds/updates on a subsite Excel worksheet automatically update parent site worksheet?

SharePoint 2016: Using a shared Excel worksheet on a parent site currently and would like to create subsites that present just the filtered view of this same worksheet for the subteams. Ideally, end users of the subsites would make changes to their list and any updates or additions made on the subsite worksheet would automatically be reflected on the parent worksheet as well.

Is that possible?

Just trying to have a single spot for the subteams that feed into the overall parent team to reduce work effort by updating on the single shared worksheet. It's just too many users (50+) trying to access one worksheet.

Based on your description, I understand that you want yo create a view for main site users and another view for sub site users in a shared Excel worksheet. When sub site users update data in the sub site view, data will automatically be updated in the main site view.

In the shared Excel worksheet -> View tab -> Custom view -> Add -> Add view for sub site users. Then sub site users can choose the newly created view to view and update data.
