Acesso Portal Azure

Good evening.
I can no longer get access to the Azure Portal.
I can access the normal Outklook with the email, password and MFA.
However the Azure Portal gets a "Request Denied" message.
We sent an identity verification request to your mobile device, but you denied it.
You just don't get this notification in the app.
For Outlook it does and it works correctly.
What should be the procedure?

Are you the only administrator or owner on your subscription? If yes, try directly via aka.ms/proofup, if that doesnt work either best open a support case with azure subscriptions team.

If there is another administrator, you can get your account status checked. The admin can,
1) Ensure that the sign-in isn't blocked.
2) Reset MFA via "Require Re-register MFA"

It could be that the account was blocked for sign-in

If you look at AzureAD -> Users -> "Marco User" and under 'Settings' where it says 'Block sign in' (which should be set to No) doesn't mean MFA block status. If the admin can check under AzureAD -> Security -> MFA -> Block/Unblock Users, they would see that if your account is blocked.

My account is the sole administrator of the Portal.
How do I open a support case with the azure subscription team since I can't access the Azure Portal?

I can't get access, because I only have my personal e-mail.
When trying to access by URL: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info, return the message below: "You cannot log in here with a personal account. Use your corporate or student account".
E-mail: @outlook.com
I don't have an onmicrosoft.com e-mail address that I could access the account.
Can I create another Trial account and open a support case via this other Trial account email?

I have already created a trial account and opened a ticket with support.
