Cannot open include file: 'stddef.h': No such file or directory

By using MSVC Compiler(16.4.31728.76(amd64) with Qt creator(qt-enterprise-windows-x64-6.2.0 .exe)
we are getting following compiler error:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.24.28314\include\cstddef:12: error: C1083: Cannot open include file: 'stddef.h': No such file or directory
