Yes. but I am struggling with the file names to harvest. I guess the CSV supplied above may help but I am having trouble understanding how to use it.

I do have some older Server 2016s but unfortunately these older packages have been purged from my system.

Thank you. Likewise, I have access to several, most of which have probably been purged. But there is a chance of finding what I want on one or two of them - if only I understood the filenames I am looking for in WinSXS...........

Yea, they're not there. The list you provided are the file names each with a MUM/CAT extension. The MUM/CAT pairs are found in \windows\servicing\packages but do not add / remove / edit files here. Use the servicing tools for repairs.
