Hi there,
In my company I have to send constantly links to folders in Sharepoint and I have to manually select each time the option to recipients in this email.
Is there a way to set up outlook and automatically use that option for future emails?

    Hi @Estuardo Putzeis ,

    You can change the default link type for a site in the SharePoint admin center.

    Here is the guide for that.

    You could automatically use that option for future emails through sharepoint admin center:
