What is the OS version which encounter this issue?
As far as I know, we could download Administrative Templates for 2016 and install it in the missing servers. I found a useful link and I want to share on this forum.

We could refer to the above link to download the latest Administrative Templates and install it in the missing servers if you want to.
Also, we could add the registry value to enable the servers to get the updates for other Microsoft products.
Key Value: IncludeRecommendedUpdates
Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update
