Pc refreshes and freezes when I right click, also file manager dose not load

I've been having a issue for about a month or two, I am pretty sure it has something to do with my SSD but tell me what you think it may be, at the time this happend my CPU was at 9%, my memory was at 28%, and my drive was at 2%, I have a Intel i7, and 16 GB's of ram,I highly dout it has anything to do with my graphics card but I have a RTX 3060. I've tried to use windows built in trouble shooting but it does not find anything. I need someone to help because I do not know if my SSD is being damaged, please help!

Did you do anything before the problem occurred?（For example update, install some software）

What is the current system version？

Do other programs have the same problem?

Some options to try：

1.Enter Winver in the search box in the lower left corner to view the specific version number of the system version.Check the official website to see if the latest update has been installed.
If not, you can install the update to the latest version first.

2.Perform a clean boot and temporarily close security software to see if the problem is resolved.

3.Use the autoruns tool to exclude some add-ons.

4.Enter service.msc, open the service window, disable the Windows Search service first, and see if it is alleviated.

5.Check if the explorer.exe process has a waiting chain.
