Failover Cluster Manager disconnecting and reconnecting. Event IDs 1146&1265

Our failover cluster seems to be having a issue, where the Failover Cluster Manager is repeatably disconnecting for a few seconds then reconnecting. The following are repeated in Cluster Events

Cluster resource type 'Virtual Machine' timed out while processing the control code GET_LOCAL_NODE_UTILIZATION_INFO. The cluster will try to automatically recover by terminating and restarting the Resource Hosting Subsystem (RHS) process that was processing the call.

and

The cluster Resource Hosting Subsystem (RHS) process was terminated and will be restarted. This is typically associated with cluster health detection and recovery of a resource. Refer to the System event log to determine which resource and resource DLL is causing the issue.

Any help would be great

Hi there,

You can use the Cluster Validation Wizard to further converge on the troubleshooting step that you need to perform to sort the cluster disconnecting issue. Before you create a failover cluster, it is strongly recommended that you run all the cluster validation tests.

Cluster validation is intended to do the following:

-Find hardware or configuration issues before a failover cluster goes into production.
-Help ensure that the clustering solution you deploy is dependable.
-Provide a way to validate changes to the hardware of an existing cluster.

Validate Hardware for a Failover Cluster

Below threads discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.
