when I press f4 it does nothing the it is allways on thus, the microphone wont turn on I've tried manny diffrent tricks nothings works . When I go to the technician it was only fixed for a week then it went back tomorrow.I've spent 2 hours trying to fix this someone please help me.

If it's a hardware problem, you'd be better off contacting the manufacturer of your laptop.
