PIN Errors 0x801c0451

Hi support,
I got PIN Errors 0x801c0451 when I set the PIN number, I even cannot find this error on your support web, please help to give some advice, thanks in advance!

Try navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker and in there you should see accounts folder and try to rename it like accounts2 and then restart your PC and see if the problem persist?
You may remove this folder later on.
