Customize Sharepoint list or Excel hosted in Teams with Microsoft Apps

Question

I have an excel file hosted in a folder on Teams or Sharepoint, I would like to customize it like adding new data in a specific cell, row or page, showing the result in real time, preferably using Microsoft Apps. I have seen tutorials adding data sequentially
