Advanced gesture configuration for touchpad doesn't work when window with administrative privileges is active

I was very happy when I discovered the advanced gestures for the trackpad in windows 10. I set it up so that I can zoom in and out using a 3 fingered out and in motion. However, it would seem that it's not using the UI Automation system properly, making it so that if a window with admin privileges is currently active, it won't work. Is there a way around this?

Running:

 Edition Windows 10 Enterprise
 Version 20H2
 Installed on ‎2/‎7/‎2022
 OS build 19042.1586
 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0
