Chart - Series with no point inside the chart area resulting wrong values

Excel 2016 fr - Excel 365 fr Windows 11 fr

I have a scatter with straight line series. it is based on 2 pairs of values (X - Y) :

0 - -67
3010 - 35000

There is no problem with the chart, except when I change the X axis limits to say :

20 - 40

Then, the series is obviously misplaced.

Is this a known bug ?
