I need to activate the sandbox! Please help with real answer!

Serious complain to Microsoft support! I try calling from HK 23889600, they have internally transferred me to 2 call operators, then gave me another number 30713055, which then asked me to call the tired number of 800903769, and finally the IVRS simply cut my line! All i am asking is to activate my sandbox! i tried hundreds of time to link it with my email address, it just keep looping on the same page to ask me to login my MS account which i have already logged in or how can I view my profile setting? its totally frustrating!
