Directly updated through windows updata and can be downloaded soon
But updated via WSUS
it will take a few days

How long does it take for WSUS to receive an update download?
Patches are released on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (Patch Tuesday) at 9AM Pacific time zone (Take into consideration, daylight savings time. PDT is currently in play so it's GMT -700 not -800). If WSUS Syncs shortly after that, it will receive the new data in the database. Assuming you're only downloading updates once approved, the updates then must be approved and they will start downloading. If you're on a fast connection, they usually take a small amount of time - a few minutes. If you're on a slow connection, it will take longer - maybe hours. Once the updates are downloaded to WSUS, your clients will then see them as available and run according to your WSUS policies.

but i am in taiwan
So when Patch Tuesday at 9AM Pacific time zone released
Taiwan will be released at 00:00 on Wednesday
But there were no updates that were approved on my WSUS on Thursday
So I would like to ask what time when Microsoft in Taiwan will release the update?
I can see update approval in WSUS
What products and classifications do you have selected in the WSUS Options?
The updates are released in Redmond and synced around the world on their CDN before the time of release.
