How to enable AuditEvent in diagnostic setting for Azure Automation resource in Azure Government subscription?

Hi,

I am using Azure Government subscription and trying to enable the AuditEvent in diagnostics setting for Azure Automation resource. I have found that there is no setting present related to audit to capture AuditEvent. Please see below image for the reference:

I can see the Audit setting present in Azure Commercial Subscription but not in Azure Gov subscription, please see below image from Azure Commercial Subscription:

Is there any specific action I need to do to enable Audit In Azure Government Subscription for Azure Automation resource?

@KrishnaKantYadav-6551, thank you for reaching out to us. Based on the shared information above, it seems that the "audit" category of logs is not available for Azure Gov Subscription. I am checking on this issue further and will get back to you with an update.

Hi @KrishnaKantYadav-6551,

Apologies for the delayed response. I got confirmation that the AuditEvent option under diagnostic settings for Azure Automation Account in Azure Gov Subscription will be available tentatively by the second week of May. It is currently only available in Azure Commercial subscription.
