I've created and installed a new cer certificate on Edge Transport servers. It got Event id 16022 A configuration update for Microsoft.Exchange.Transport.TransportServerConfiguration has successfully completed. on all Edge Servers. but i check Get-ExchangeCertificate -Thumbprint XXXXXXXXXXXXX | Format-List i see this:
