We have one user where when they open a document will not show the Read-Only notification. They work on the document and try to save but they are unable to because another is using the document. We use Office365. All other users are able to see the notification.

    Hi @redheadfarmer ,
Did you check if the problem user have full permission?
Did this problem only appear in all files or specific file?
Where did you save the file?
I suggest you to compare the access permissions to the folder for the problem user and other users.
Please be a bit more precise to explain your problem so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem. I’m glad to help and follow up your reply.
