PC BSoDs a Couple of Minutes After Boot, Daily Issue

I did a reformat on my pc and installed a couple of apps that I needed. The next day when I turned the PC on, I encountered a BSoD after a couple of minutes. I wasn't doing any resource heavy task (was watching youtube at that time). The pc restarted and everything was fine. I continued using the pc the whole day to see if the bsod will happen again but it didn't. I did some gaming and streaming and no bsod. And then the next day, I encountered a bsod again after turning the pc off for over 8 hours. This also happened during little to no stress to the system at all.

I reseated my RAM, GPU and updated everything. Issue still persists. I was wondering because after the single BSoD after boot up, everything runs fine.

Checked the event viewer and saw a bugcheck error. Here is a DMP file that it pointed me to:

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and you may attach dump files there.
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?
If not enable services one by one to see which one causing this problem.
