Edge Canary - User Agent Styling Changed / Not Recognizing Color - ButtonShadow

Not sure what is going on here, but in the last couple of versions of Canary, our <input[type=button]> elements all look flat. Appears to a change to the user agent stylesheet the color, ButtonShadow is no longer working. I contact MS Support, but they said I needed to post this here instead.
