I'm locked out of an Azure AD B2C tenant.

I've enabled MFA a few days ago on an Azure AD B2C tenant. However, today I had a problem with my phone and now I don't receive a push notification for the Authenticator app, nor I have an entry on the app to check the code. On the sign-in flow, I don't have an option to get a code by SMS or to enter my password (which belongs to another tenant). I'm still the only administrator, since this is for a product in development. ![2682-annotation-2020-02-04-182819.png][1] What are my options here? Is there a way for Microsoft to disable MFA or add my phone number to receive an SMS code? Thank you for your help. I just got news about this issue.

Microsoft Support called me back and told me I had another global administrator on he account. I forgot I had invited another member of the team a few weeks ago but that person hadn't yet accepted the invitation. The invitation was still working, which was good news.

So the invitation was accepted and that team member was able to enter my account details on the Azure portal and revoke my MFA configuration.

After that, I was able to login again :D

Anyway, I asked the Support technician what would happen if there is no other global administrator. He told me that I had to provide a proof of my identity and this validation process might take more than 24 hours.

anonymous user, If you're the global admin and there are no other accounts in the b2c tenant you can login to modify the account's MFA, you will need to file a support ticket to fix this issue.

If you're still having an issue here, please email and I can enable a one time free support ticket. Please provide your Azure Subscription GUID and a reference to this thread. And hopefully we can get you on the right path again soon.

    Please see : https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/mschray/2016/03/18/getting-your-azure-subscription-guid-new-portal/

On how to get a subscription GUID.

In addition to that once you are able to resolve your issue with the support engineer, please post your response on this thread so that future readers will be able to benefit from your solution.
