Linking a sub project with a master project in Project 2016

Hi ,

Is it possible to link a sub project with a constraint for only specific number of levels to display.

For example -
I have a sub project with 3 levels where level 3 is a shop floor level planning and tracking. I only want my workshop foreman to update on this level.

on the other hand my master project is something only meant for the upper management to review periodically. And they do not need to see how things are going on the workshop level.

So when i link my workshop schedule (3 levels) to my master project; can i somehow make my master project to link data only for first two levels(i e. Summary tasks from workshop level schedule) and display it as tasks?
