GPO not working

Hi All

One of the group policy which is related to outlook is not being applied on the clients. The group policy settings are correct. i dont want to look at the gpo settings end as they are 100 percent accurate. what could be the possible reasons for the gpo not being applied. One i suspect could be AD replication. what could be the other reasons.

repadmin /syncall is this syntax to check if the AD replication is working?
