Not able to mount volume with Azure NetApp files for ARO instance

Current issue is that pods are unable to mount the PVC using the azure-netapp-files storageclass.

We are able to set up the netapp files and pool and have installed Trident operator to configure the azure-netapp-files. We are able to provision pvc and pv successfully using this storageclass and see the volumes being created in Azure NetApp Files.
We are seeing this error on the sample nginx pod:

Pod event msg:

Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[user-home-mount], unattached volumes=[datadir kube-api-access-xcw4p metastore-secret zen-metastoredb-backup-scripts user-home-mount]: timed out waiting for the condition

Just need help troubleshooting what the issue may be

@FarrahMadkour-8796 Just checking in if you have had a chance to see the previous response. We need the previously asked information to understand/investigate this issue further.
