Hi @Donne

How do you set the location of the sites list in policy Configure the Enterprise Mode Site List? I think that might be the cause of the issue.

If your sites list is under site 192.168.xxx, you should set the sites list location in group policy like this: http://192.168.xxx/sites.xml. You can use http:// or https:// according to your real situation.
