Can Procmon break (pause) on each event?

I mean, before some "Included" Process will execute (or I should say depict) any further action,
can Procmon hang on each executed action\event (Operation, that is)?

For it would be much easier to see after which action\event
sought effect take place. In some cases.

It seems that using Debugging mode as suggested here is a good practice; although I didn't try it yet.
