No Available Pricing Tiers for Pay as You Go

While trying to set up Bing search resource, the form fails validation due to empty pricing tier. But in the picture below, there are no pricing tiers for me to choose.

@bramses-7880 I have seen this issue with the portal at times where the pricing tier does not load. Could you check if drop down loads after a refresh or when the page is opened in in-cognito mode?

Solution => resource provider was not registered in my subscription..

Same issue, I waited 5 mins and tested with "in-cignito" mode...
