When using Microsoft Teams, all recordings, whether manual or peer-to-peer, are managed by the Teams user instead of being automated. Because Teams recording is not automatic, human error can cost your company dearly if a call is disputed.
The compliance platform can give you control over data storage location, which allows you to comply with data sovereignty laws.

Sorry, we did not find the official document talking about it. In this blog, it show like you could use the MFCMAPI utiliity to see what’s in the Teams compliance records captured as mail items in Exchange mailboxes.

Thanks for your answer @JimmyYang-MSFT , I am looking for a option or location of the meeting recording which was recorded by compliance recording policy for teams meetings.
I hope you get my point.
The Compliance Records for Teams are parts of messages that are stored in the following locations:
User mailboxes for personal and group chats and channel conversations in private channels.
Group mailboxes for conversations in standard channels.
Cloud-only (shard) mailboxes for messages sent by federated, hybrid and guest users.
