For nearly a month the portal is only showing about 10% of devices. Has something changed? No changes have been made in our environment.
As mentioned here, data will begin to be collected after data is sent up that belongs to the Commercial ID associated with the device. This process assumes that Windows diagnostic data is enabled and data sharing is enabled as described in Enrolling devices in Update Compliance. After Microsoft has collected and processed any device data associated with your Commercial ID, the tile will be replaced with device related details. If you haven't already double-checked whether windows diagnostic data and data sharing is enabled as expected or not then I would recommend to validate it.
