Hi I am trying to access the azure virtual desktp through the new link as suggested by microsoft
https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/index.html
But i am getting either username and password not correct error
And when I use the old rdweb link i get "the remote pc ended you session error"
is there something that i am missing
the URL you should use depends on the AVD deployment you did.
If you have deployed the AVD Classic version the URL is: https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/webclient/index.html
If you have deployed the AVD ARM based version the URL is: https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/index.html
The URLs are working only with the related version of the AVD deployment. The URLs can't be mixed.
Your AVD deployment is based on which version? The Classic or the ARM based version?

The credentials are not working on both llinks...
i was previously logging through https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/index.html
but now the same credentials are not working for both links the new and the old one.
this affects all users using AVD? Or only one specific user?
Could you please try with different users to logon.
