Can PIM be assigned to a Endpoint Manager Custom Role

we have created few Custom Roles in Endpoint Manager. Can PIM be assigned to these roles ? is there some way to achieve this.

You can as long as the Azure AD groups assigned to custom roles have Azure AD roles enabled for them. If enabled, you can then leverage PIM.
