Have tested this issue with Team meeting on IOS 15, the new version of Teams (4.6.1) seems not allow a user to tap or long press the "Or call in (audio only) method anymore. Before it would bring up the dial pad and allow you to call in on an Iphone. Now it does nothing, holding long will bring up a submenu to call however if you tap that it doesnt work. I've tested on 3 IOS devices and have the same issue. Android phones do not have this issue and can make the call with no problem.

From the MS document mentioned above, this is a change on the iOS side so as indicated in the article, users are recommended to contact Apple to provide feedback regarding this change.
