Cloud Storage Partner Program: Program Requirements

Hi,
I'm trying to join Cloud Storage Partner Program. I was suggested to fill in this form, however the link to CSPP document which is asked in #24 is brokoen. It guides me to Sorry page.
Where can I get it?

Actually it is what I did. When I click the URL you provided, I was guided to Office developer community. And click this.
