We only have an option to change or update profile picture in outlook / Office 365. Chaging of profile photo steps are documented here and you can verify the same. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the new photo to appear.

If you have Outlook for Microsoft 365 then you can also use **delve** to update the profile photo as shown below and the steps are outlined here

Alternatively, you can contatct your IT admin for the support in uploading your profile photo either from **Microsoft Azure porta**l or **Microsoft 365 admin center** as shown below :

I can successfully update or remove my picture internally in Outlook, but Gmail users still see my old picture

Please how can I remove it? so Gmail users don't see a picture from 10 years ago, thank you!
